"I feel like this program has helped me so much. I'm a farmer so I'm always on my feet and always working. This time last year I was having a lot of neck and back pain, which was flaring up all the time, and it was making the job really difficult. Using this program has really helped me, and I've really just started. When pain does come up I apply the principles and it definitely is so much better - and there's a lot of days where pain doesn't come up at all anymore. And I know I'm just going to keep getting better and better."

Explore Trust in Body & Self
In the first week we explore a scientific understanding of how we feel pain, and follow that with practices in developing a sense of safety in our body and our experiences. We use writing exercises to help us explore neuroplasticity in healing through brain retraining, and the role of old healed injuries, surgeries and stress has on our pain context.
Explore Emotion & Sensation
In week 2 we explore the connection between emotions and sensation in our body under normal circumstances, which can intensify into pain with central sensitization. Our writing sessions this week explore the role of our emotional brain centre, avoidance behaviours, and conflict in relationships with our pain experience.
Explore Presence & Moving On
In week 3 we explore recognizing dissociation from our experience, we build up our ability to be present with sensations and emotions, and create a foundation for moving forward in healing. Our writing sessions this week hone in on the parts of ourself we're afraid to share with the world. Only when we feel safe being true to ourselves can we finally heal!

I want to see you empowered in your healing so you can get out and live your life of fun, purpose & adventure! This healing method is all about healing our relationship with pain... We don't want our old life back, we want to learn how to listen to pain so we can live a more authentic and free life!
I'm a registered massage therapist with a background in pain reprocessing therapy, brain retraining, nervous system regulation, mindful meditation, yoga therapy, functional fitness and personal training.
I suffered with chronic neuroplastic symptoms, including pain, fatigue, digestive disorders, skin sensitivities, anxiety and psychogenic seizures from a young teen. Now, after healing myself and gaining the neuroscience education necessary to truly understand how healing neuroplastic symptoms happens, I help people overcome their pain-fear cycle so they can get back to the fun, fulfilling life they deserve.
Get ready to experience my compassionate style of evidence-based treatment and coaching with a healthy dose of motivation, support and accountability!
When I'm not working with clients, you can find me mountain biking, hiking, splashing, singing, playing cello, reading a book, or just generally enjoying life.
